What we do with what you send us.
Plain version: we use it to answer you about renting here. We do not sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.
What we collect
What you type into the tour form: your name, your email address, and optionally your phone number, roughly when you want to move, the size of home you are after, and anything you write in the message box. If you tick the consent box we record that choice too, because we have to be able to show you gave it.
Like almost every website, the servers that deliver this page and the service that receives the form see your IP address, the time, and which browser you used.
We do not ask for a date of birth, a social security number, income, or any payment details anywhere on this site. If a page ever asks you for those, it is not us.
What we do with it
We use it to reply to you about renting at Cornerstone Place. That is the only reason we collect it.
We will reply to you by email either way. If you tick the consent box, we may also call or text you about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. You can tell us to stop at any time by replying STOP to a text, or by emailing or telephoning the office, and we will stop.
Who else sees it
Cornerstone Place is managed by Coyote Property Management, so the people who answer you work there. Your inquiry is stored in the software we use to keep track of inquiries. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone who is not helping us answer you.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising cookies of its own and runs no analytics. If that changes we will say so here first, and ask for your agreement where the law requires it.
Two things on the page do come from other companies. The typefaces are served by Google Fonts, and the availability list, when it is switched on, is served by AppFolio, the software the property manager uses. Loading them tells those companies your IP address, the same as visiting almost any website.
How long we keep it
As long as we are still talking to you about renting, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back. Ask us to delete it and we will.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us at the address below and say so, or use any contact details shown on this page. Depending on where you live you may have further rights, and we will honor them.
Children
This site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy we will change the date below.
